Namibia: Home Affairs Cites Overtime As Reason for Leaving Lights On

THE Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security has defended retaining the lighting fixtures on all over the night time at its new Hifikepunye Pohamba construction in Windhoek, announcing staff are operating additional time.
