State prosecutors in Comoros have requested a courtroom to sentence former President Ahmed Abdallah Sambi to lifestyles in jail for alleged top treason.
Sambi, 64, was once president between 2006 and 2011 and has been in detention since 2018 on corruption fees.
He faces fees associated with the alleged sale of the rustic’s passports to stateless folks residing in Gulf states.
